1. Who is responsible?
End Solutions, based in The Hague and registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 60336463, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy statement.
For privacy questions, contact info@endsolutions.nl.
2. What data do we process?
We may process the following data when you contact us or are a client:
- your name, position, and organization;
- your email address, telephone number, and correspondence;
- invoice, payment, and contract details;
- information required to carry out an assignment;
- limited technical data required for the security and operation of our systems.
3. Why do we process data?
We process personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, perform agreements, provide support, manage invoices and administration, secure our systems, and comply with legal obligations.
Processing is based on performing an agreement, taking steps before entering into an agreement, complying with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in providing secure and effective services. Where consent is required, we request it separately.
4. Sharing data with others
We do not sell personal data. We share data only when necessary with service providers that support us, such as hosting, accounting, or email providers, or when required by law. We make appropriate arrangements with processors regarding security and confidentiality.
If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards are in place.
5. Retention periods
We do not retain data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We generally retain administrative records for seven years to meet tax obligations. Correspondence, quotations, and project data are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for our services, accountability, or handling possible claims.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you switch languages, we store your choice in the functional cookie endsolutions-language. It contains only nl or en, expires after one year, and is not used to track you.
When you select a light or dark theme, we store that preference locally in your browser under endsolutions-theme. This information is not sent to End Solutions. You can remove the preference in your browser settings or reset the theme to ‘System’.
7. Use of AI
End Solutions may use AI-assisted tools for software development, analysis, and drafting or summarizing information. Before information is processed with such a tool, we remove or anonymize personal and confidential data so that it cannot be linked to an individual or client.
AI output is reviewed by a person before it is used. End Solutions does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect individuals.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method is entirely risk-free; contact us if you suspect a security problem.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. In certain cases, you may also object to processing, withdraw consent, or request data portability. Send your request to info@endsolutions.nl. We may ask for information to verify your identity and generally respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
10. Changes
We may update this privacy statement when our services or applicable laws change. The latest version is always available on this page.
